ECHO is a non-profit organization that depends on volunteers and financial contributions to assist individuals who are homebound due to disability, illness, or age. Established in 1969 by a coalition of churches, our program has transitioned from meal preparation in volunteers' homes to operating from a commercial kitchen at Camillus Town Hall. Our volunteers eagerly anticipate their serving time each week – the connection we forge together is unbreakable. We are a self-sustaining organization, depending on donations and volunteers. We provide hot meals and bagged lunches to those in our community who are in need through affordably priced food that covers production costs. There is no limit to the love we share, as those who volunteer often find themselves blessed more than those who receive from us! We are committed to serving the areas of Camillus, Marcellus, Onondaga Hill, Geddes, Lakeland, Solvay, Warners, and Westvale.
